LFA Week of Prayer

Sunday, February 13th, 2011

Using Moses’ conversation with God from Exodus 33:12-34:10, Pastor Nate teaches that our circumstances leave us the option to push on or go to God and ask for his will. LFAC is a position where our plans, specifically for a facility, have not gone as we thought and now instead of pushing ahead with our human wisdom, we as a church must seek God’s counsel.

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

This morning LFA Church welcomes Josh Conn and his family. Josh Conn is a Christian & Missionary Alliance church planter and the lead pastor of 217 Church in Hamilton, NJ. Josh preaches from the book of Nehemiah to teach us the power of prayer. Through prayer God works in us, gives us vision and helps see that vision through.

Prayer needed

Sunday, February 21st, 2010, submitted by Katie Grone

Hi everyone,

I really need prayer right now. This weekend I took a road trip from NJ to Wisconsin for a school function. Everything went fine getting here but now we are leaving a day to two days late because my brakes are leaking break fluid.

In your prayers please pray that Keith (my passenger) would be able to catch up everything he is missing in school when he gets back because he is a nursing student and really can’t afford to miss this many classes.
Of course, please pray that my car gets fixed quickly and that we get on the road and come home safely.
Feel free to also praise God that my three other passengers got rides home so they aren’t late to school and work like us.
Thank you all so much!
